Common electrical faults in three-phase motors are:
(1) Single-phase operation or phase-off operation of the stator winding.
(2) One phase winding in the stator winding is misconnected end to end, causing a serious imbalance of three-phase current.
(3) The external power supply voltage causes a three-phase current imbalance.
(4) The winding is short-circuited to make the current too large.
(5) The winding insulation is dirty, the air passage is blocked, and the heat dissipation is poor, causing the winding insulation to overheat and burn out.
(6) The rotor cast aluminum strip is broken.
