4) The bidder has a permanent technical support organization in the Guangdong area, which can provide complete maintenance services and provide relevant certification materials (with official seal);
5) The bidder must pass the ISO9001 quality management system certification (the quality management system meets the standards: GBT19001-2000-ISO9001: 2000), and must provide a copy of the relevant certification certificate (with official seal);
6) Bidders should have similar project construction experience.
