GN value = shooting distance × aperture value

Synchro shutter speed of flash
SLR cameras use a focal plane shutter that moves in a slit shape. The shutter consists of two parts: the front curtain and the rear curtain. The shutter speed during exposure is when the front and rear curtains open and close. Although the shutter speed of a modern camera covers the range from 30 seconds to 1/8000 seconds, the flash time is very short (usually from 1/800 second to 1/200,000 second), and it is only between the front curtain and the rear curtain. Nissin i40 hardware design can support high-speed synchronization, but Fuji's X-100T with mirror shutter speed support flash synchronization, X-T2, X-Pro2 firmware update also supports flash high-speed synchronization. The aperture determines the brightness from the flash, and the shutter determines the brightness of the light from the scene. The distance between the subject and the flash lamp doubles and the light intensity decreases by 2 stops.
When the flash is shooting, the time of light emission is very short, usually between 1/800 second and 1/200 second. As long as the shutter speed is not higher than the flash sync speed, using 1/60 sec or 1/200 sec for flash photography will have no effect on exposure. However, in flash photography, you want to preserve the natural light effects of the scene, you can use a relatively low shutter speed to make the environment fully exposed, to achieve the balance of flash and the brightness of the scene light.
