It is reported that this measure is applicable to enterprises and institutions engaged in the development, production, application and service of new energy industry and related products in Binhai New Area, mainly including wind power generation, solar photovoltaic, green secondary batteries, LED and other fields.
Among them, the LED industry will focus on supporting key equipment and materials such as MOCVD equipment, new substrates, high-purity MO sources, high-power chips and devices, drive circuits and standardized modules, system integration and application and other common key technology research and development projects.
