Summary:
In view of the large power consumption of the RFID handset used in the logistics industry and the need for large-capacity lithium battery power supply, this paper designs a fast charging circuit for the lithium battery of the RFID handset. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part is designed to boost the voltage of a single-cell lithium battery to 5V for the operation of the handheld according to the power consumption requirements of the RFID handset. The second part is designed to be suitable for Charging circuit for charging lithium batteries above 2000mAh. Experimental data shows that the circuit is effective.
