Summary:
In a microprocessor system, to ensure stable and reliable operation of the microprocessor system, a power supply monitoring circuit is provided to the microprocessor system. The SGM803 of Harbin Shengbang Microelectronics is such a chip. It can be powered on the microprocessor, when the power is off and the voltage is lower than the supply voltage, a low-level output of no less than 140ms is generated to ensure that the microprocessor is running in a known state and avoiding the execution of the error code. The chip is packaged in a SOT-23 package, which greatly reduces the complexity of the system circuit and the number of components compared to circuits using discrete components or general-purpose chips, significantly improving system reliability and accuracy.
