When the engine water temperature is above 2 °C, the system does not work. The ignition switch is screwed to the MAR block, and the preheat indicator lamp 58101 (with the hot wire symbol) lights up only 2S, or the indicator light is turned off, and the driver can start the engine immediately. At this point, the key should be screwed to the start gear (AVV) and the diesel engine can be fired. If the engine water temperature is lower than 2 °C, the preheating indication system is activated, and the electronic control box makes the preheating indicator lamp 58101 continuously light for 35~40S, and the flame ejector is energized and heated. The lower the water temperature, the longer the heating time. The relationship between engine water temperature and warm-up time is shown in Figure 3. When the temperature of the flamethrower reaches 800°C or above, the indicator light will flash at a certain beat (time/1~1.2S), and the electronic control box will maintain the temperature at 800~1200C. At this time (within 30s), the engine will not start after ±2S. The device automatically stops working.

If the flamethrower starts before the temperature reaches 800 °C, the electronic control box will automatically cut off the flamethrower and preheat indicator light, indicating that the heating time is up.

If the engine is still not started to fire after the preheating indicator flashes, it is best to start the preheating again during the working time. The control system will repeat the above process until the startup is successful. After the startup is successful, the control system automatically stops working.
