Third Division Shacar Farm Field Road Engineering (Design) Tender Notice

The third division Shacha Farm Farm Road Engineering (design) has been approved by Shinongfa [2017] No. 9 Document. The tendering unit is Tumu Shoukxing Xing'an Town Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The construction fund is from the state capital and the group Raise funds. The project already has the conditions for tendering. The project design of the project is now open for public bidding.

2. Project overview and scope of tender

2.1 Construction site: Third Division Shache Farm

2.2 Construction scale: 63.64km of cultivated roads and 656 culverts and 20.55km of production roads will be built.

2.3 Bidding content: 63.64km of cultivated roads, 656 culverts and 20.55km of supporting roads will be newly built; the above contents shall be designed.

2.4 Division of tenders: The design of the project is divided into 1 bid sections.

2.5 Design cycle: 15 calendar days.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 The tender requires the bidder to have: Class B and above qualifications for engineering design and water conservancy industry. And in the personnel, equipment, funds and other aspects have the ability to design. The non-university companies must provide the registration certificates issued by the competent administrative department of the division.

3.2 The Commonwealth does not accept bids from the Consortium.

3.3 This project will adopt the post-qualification method.
