In recent years, the United States, the European Union, etc. have repeatedly issued technical standards and laws and regulations for the industry. According to statistics, in 2011, 1002 batches of electric light sources and lamps and lanterns exported to Japan in Shenzhen were valued at 50.609 million US dollars. The implementation of the PSE mark will inevitably affect the export of related industries in Shenzhen and even China.
The inspection and quarantine department reminds that relevant export enterprises must attach great importance to it. They should carefully study the relevant laws, regulations and standards of foreign markets and do a good job in response to them in a timely manner; they should actively communicate with customers and sign products in specific terms when they sign trade contracts. Relevant certification status and liability for breach of contract, further avoiding export risks; should actively understand the development of the local market, select qualified certification institutions to complete product testing and certification, and ensure the smooth export of products.
