Learn how to achieve efficiency and develop personality and learning skills. It takes time to accumulate enough experience to understand how effective and organized it is in your situation.
Some people seem to have only a sense of time, priorities, and how things can happen. But another aspect of it is to start learning (tools). Today's PDAs, iPhones, and various softwares are not limited to this. Maintaining organization in many ways has never been easier.
At the same time, these tools require learning, updating, and constant attention. My advice is to avoid "leading ahead" and stick to the work with the simplest tools. This will help to avoid getting you into using the tool just to use the tool, not to be a gear slut or something else. Once you have set up an effective schedule, stick to it.
Second, continuous learning
Like the tissue tools described above, audio equipment is constantly changing and becoming more sophisticated.
This is a good thing, because we always want to do things with the best tools and the most effective methods. But the downside is that the threshold will be higher and higher, so it requires us all to stay at the forefront of the latest technology.

This is a universal fact that is universally applicable. A negative attitude will become an enemy and obstacle to your career development. Five skills for people
This should be obvious, but despite this, I think this is often not enough. Skills for people can almost always beat skills. No one wants to work for the harsh "genius", we can see this from the band, we can see this from the staff, they often have no good results. Of course, the skills of doing things are especially important when dealing with customers. Don't forget that they pay their bills and want to be treated accordingly. Of course, they may have some stupid thoughts or an unrealistic feeling, "What can this bring?" I want to do a special task, but there is a good way to tell them these things and give them something beyond your hand. Not competing with you. There is a statistic to keep in mind - people are generally more loyal to suppliers when problems arise, and this has been corrected, and they are treated fairly, and there is nothing wrong with loyal suppliers.
Six technical skills
Yes, of course - technical skills are a must in our technology industry. But is your technical skill really great? I have been surprised to learn something new and wonder how it was used immediately for my work. When I started this business, I was amazed at some of the basics of learning at school, such as how to calculate decibels, Om's law, basic power design and signal flow through various systems that made me different from my peers. Part of the problem in our industry is that rumor information is prevalent, but real information is often rare. Listen to classes, attend seminars, and occasionally contact books. Even “old†books such as the Yamaha Sound Reinforcement Handbook are a great resource. Everyone should have a professional audio and read the content. Related to this is welding technology, how to use voltage / ohm table, how to solve the system, how to solve the grounding problem. It's almost impossible to imagine, there is no other skill we are doing in this business, but you and I know that it is.
Seven hearing
First of all, even if we disagree, we must listen to what people tell us. The words of others are often a factor of truth, which in turn, is also suitable for any business. Another type of hearing, specifically to our business, involves sound directly. Even if our hearing acuity is good, we must train our brains to criticize listening and then use that aspect to do it. Unfortunately, the quality of the ninety-nine or more of the sounds we hear is very poor. Distortion, terrible frequency imbalance, loud volume, inappropriate sound source or music genre.
What can we do about this? I always recommend taking the time to listen to the original music, listen to or play the acoustic guitar, listen to the orchestra or the bluegrass band, which makes our ears accustomed to real music sounds like no system (and related) distortion. However, when doing the same, ask yourself, "How do I know that this is the original sound?" This is a great question, but the answer is not very obvious. When you hear a real instrument, you should know that it is authentic. A true saxophone sound comes from an open window, a real Celtic harp, a true string quartet. But how do you know? Apply this problem to your design, build and run a sound system. We will do better.
